Fresh Food Industries Pty Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of FFI Holdings Ltd, an Australian owned company listed on the ASX (Australian Stock Exchange). Fresh Food Industries commenced operations in 1979 and since that time the Company has expanded steadily to become Australia's leading specialised food manufacturing operation, providing ingredients, products and services to the following industries: Bakers and Pastrycooks, Ice cream and Dairy, Confectionery, Chocolate, Food Service and Supermarkets.

The Company services all States of Australia and a number of South East Asian markets with both fresh and extended shelf-life products, from its purpose-built Australian factories.

The company’s quality products and services include the following:

BAKERS’ JAMS AND FRUIT FILLINGS
The Company manufactures a full range of bakers' jams and premium fruit fillings. These economical, quality products are bake stable and ideal for general use in all bakery products including tarts, donuts, swiss rolls and danish pastries. The range of premium fruit fillings are all high content real fruit which enhance any quality pastry product.

APPLE PIE FILLINGS
Fresh tree-ripened apples are peeled and diced to create delicious apple pie fillings. These products are available diced or ready to use apple filling.

CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS
Chocolate Products of Australia, a division of Fresh Food Industries, operates a purpose-built chocolate factory which focuses on product development to provide customers with solutions to their chocolate requirements.

RETAIL LINES ‘PRIVATE LABELS’
The Chocolate Products of Australia division also produces a range of cooking chocolate in retail packaging for leading private and supermarket labels.

CAKE TOPPINGS AND DECORATIONS
Australia's leading manufacturers of cake, ice cream, and donut decorations. These products include 100’s and 1000’s and highly polished confectionery strands (or sprinkles) which are available in rainbow, chocolate, and various individual colours and flavours. Products are also available with no artificial colours and flavouring

CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTS
The Company also produces a range of panned sugar/chocolate and enrobed confectionery products. These are available in milk, dark, carob or yoghurt, and are supplied in bulk cartons for the supermarket self service, or for repackaging.

ICECREAM/DESSERT AND BAKERY INCLUSIONS
A variety of products are available in a range of sizes. These can be fat or chocolate coated for increased shelf life or for product
application. Includes fudge pieces, candy pieces/chips and brittle pieces/chips. New product development is a specialty.

CONTRACT PACKAGING
The Company packs a variety of home cooking needs products under our "Prepact" & "Snowflake" brands, and also contract packs under well known consumer brands.
